We're more than happy to help! 

WHAT DO I WEAR? 

  • wear whatever you want, as in whatever you're comfy dancing or exercising in

  • there is already too much emphasis on what others wear, so let's take that out of the equation for you so you can just get on with enjoying yourself

HOW LONG DOES IT GO FOR? 

  • our sessions are 1 hour of non stop dance music and you can sit out a song or have a breather whenever you want

  • our playlists are curated to suit all tastes and genres, so a little something for everyone

  • we accept song requests as well so ask us about that when you book in

WHAT DO I BRING? 

  • YOU (and maybe a friend) 

  • BYO water - in the interests of maintaining a sustainable environment we do not supply bottled water

  • any items you bring are your responsibility, so please leave your valueables at home

  • bring a sense of fun & adventure 

WHAT AGES IS IT SUITABLE FOR? 

  • this wasn't an easy decision for us but we welcome anyone from 12 years and upwards

  • under 18's must be accompanied by an adult

  • we ask that if bringing minors you advise us prior when booking in 

HOW MUCH IS IT? 

  • Our standard entry is $10 per person

  • Our Concession Card Holders rate is $8 (card must be produced on first visit)

  • we offer a Multi Dance Pass (MDP) option which is $40 and this gives you 5 dances for the price of 4 

DO I NEED TO BOOK? 

  • We ask dancers to Book In so we can schedule and monitor the number of attendees 

  • In the event of us reaching capacity for the venue, we will be able to advise prior so as not to disappoint you at the door

WHAT IF SOMETHING MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THE SESSION? 

  • ​Your comfort, safety & wellbeing is our priority so if you experience anything or someone behaves inapproriately during the session notify us immediately

  • we work hard to provide a safe and fun space for everyone, at all times

AND OUR "MOST" ASKED QUESTION - HOW DARK IS IT? 

  • It IS dark in comparison to being outside with normal lighting

  • It is not "pitch black" but for the first few minutes after the lights go off - it is DARK

  • once your eyes become accustomed to the dark all you can really see is the silhouettes of other dancers around you
